Rizqy announced the news via Twitter on Thursday morning.
“[Greg Kelley] Gabriel Kelley, which I am presenting to you,” she wrote. “A little in a hurry like his mother, but as calm as his father… for now.”

They have been married since 2021’s fall and were the first couple to marry in the history National Assembly.
Both we re-elected in Quebec’s Oct. 3 election, Rizqy for the Saint-Laurent district in Montreal’s Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough and Kelley for the Jacques-Cartier district on Montreal’s West Island.
On Tuesday, the couple were sworn alongside other members of QLP. However, they took place as Rizqy was about to give birth.
