In 2019, Pooja Ramachandran, an actor, and John Kokken, a musician, got married. They are now expecting their first child. Pooja says she’s ecstatic, but adds that the thought of becoming a mother is yet to sink in. “I still feel like a teenager dancing to songs,” Pooja shares. “Motherhood is new to me; I am excited about it, and I am looking forward to something new in my life.”
“I feel blessed; I am into my second trimester. Although I can’t prepare for motherhood fully, I am enjoying the process. I am listening to others’ experiences and trying to do my best to stay as healthy as possible,” she shares.
Pooja is currently juggling several films. “Most of my films are half-way through, and I am trying to go to the sets and shoot as long as I can. Filmmakers too are accommodative,” says the actress.
