The 51-year-old took to Instagram In a video he shared with his followers, the TV Star looked elegant in a white suit and open-collar blouse as he looked into the camera and shared the things he was most grateful for.I am grateful for my family, and my friends. I’m grateful to be healthy and happy. I’m also thankful for my friends who are the same. The GMA star smiled. Suddenly the video was interrupted by his mother wearing a bright red top – who had something to say.

The ex-professional American football player loves to openly reach out to his family via social media, in particular his children. Last month Michael wished Tanita (his 31-year old oldest daughter) a happy Birthday. He reached out to his growing fanbase and asked all 1.5 million of Instagram followers to join him in wishing Tanita Happy Birthday!
Michael loves to share his family memories and laugh with his fans

Michael also posted adorable photos of Tanita as a child, as well as a recent photo of the couple looking as happy and healthy as ever.
