Last weekend, Khloe’s sister, Kylie Jenner, 25, took to TikTok to share highlights from the party, though fans weren’t pleased with one detail.
Kylie hugged her birthday girl at one point.
“Happy birthday, True! Before kissing her niece on the cheek, she said that she loved her niece.
True donned a pink suit with the number 5, and Tweak’s image from the children’s show Octonauts on the back to match the theme of the party.
She wore her dark curly hair up in a ponytail and let the front strands frame her face.
Fans noticed True had sparkly eyeshadow, and they responded to True’s comments.
“Why does Khloe allow True to wear makeup? She’s 5! Let her be a little girl,” wrote one person.
Others also commented on Khloe’s treatment of her first-born child.

Concerned fans noted how True reacted in a worrying way after she herself appeared to notice the filter placed on her face.

True popped in before the 38-year-old could start exercising, and began chatting to the camera.
The eldest child of Khloe and Tristan Thompson shared: “In two weeks I’m not gonna go to school because of Spring break.”
She raised her fingers to show her excitement and then brought her fingers to her nose for a silly face.
She took them off and noticed that her face looked a bit jumbled. Her features also changed for a moment.
True then pressed her nose against the camera and looked intently at the screen.
One of the Hulu star’s followers reposted the snippet on Reddit, along with the question: “Anyone else notice the filter glitch on poor True?”
They also said, “I get filtering on myself, but on your kid?” Khloe needs to stop placing her own body issues and f**ked beauty standards on her little girl.”

Khloe decided to give her fans a glimpse at the daytime party, which she held at her $20 million Los Angeles mansion.

For the children, a long white dining table with matching chair was set up. It was decorated using spiderwebs, ghosts and orange cups.

Fans noticed some changes in the face of the four-year old in one photo by Khloe.
